This policy covers all Pikko Games mobile apps. It explains what the apps collect, why, and what you can do about it. Türkçe özet ve KVKK aydınlatma metni aşağıda.
Pikko Games is an individual developer based in Türkiye and is the data controller for the apps. Contact: gencerkrky@gmail.com.
The games work offline and do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, or files. Your games, statistics and settings stay on your device.
The apps do show ads, and the ad provider (Google AdMob) uses an advertising identifier. Some games (currently Ocean Drop, Sudoku, Belote, Canasta, Mancala, Nine Men's Morris, Skat, Gin Rummy, Street Food Idle, Honeycomb, Stack Village, Conquest Isles, Killer Sudoku and Item Upgrade: Forge Legend) also send crash reports and anonymous usage statistics through Google Firebase, so we can fix bugs. Ocean Drop's daily ranking sends your Daily Jar score, with a random ID that is not linked to you, so it can show where you placed. Pikko Aquarium can back up your progress to your own Google Play Games account if you sign in. Nothing else leaves your device.
This is stored locally by the app. It is not uploaded anywhere, and deleting the app deletes it.
The apps display ads through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and technical information such as device type, operating system version, coarse region (estimated from your IP address) and how you interact with the ads you see.

Google's own handling of that data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Ocean Drop, Sudoku, Belote, Canasta, Mancala, Nine Men's Morris, Skat, Gin Rummy, Street Food Idle, Honeycomb, Stack Village, Conquest Isles, Killer Sudoku and Item Upgrade: Forge Legend use Google Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase. If a game crashes, a crash report is sent so we can find and fix the problem. The games also record simple gameplay events, such as a game or run starting or ending, its score, or a power-up or hint being used, so we can see which parts of the game work and which do not.

This data is not linked to your name, email or any account, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. Crash reports are kept for 90 days; analytics events for up to 14 months. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Item Upgrade: Forge Legend collects usage statistics only after you agree in the consent message, and stops when you withdraw that consent from the privacy settings option in the game. Google's handling is described in the Firebase privacy information.
When you finish the day's Daily Jar for the first time, Ocean Drop sends that one score so it can tell you where you placed among the day's players (for example "top 18% today"). Other players never see your score, only the counts used to rank it.

The random ID only makes sure each install posts one score per day. It is not your advertising ID, device ID or any account, and it is not linked to your name or email. Scores are deleted automatically after 30 days. The ranking needs an internet connection; without one, nothing is sent and the game works the same.
Pikko Aquarium can use Google Play Games Services for achievements and to back up your aquarium so you can continue on another device. This only happens when you are signed in to Google Play Games. The game works fully without it.

We do not receive your name, email address or Google account details; sign-in is handled entirely by Google. The backup is not used for advertising. Google's handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Some games can show reminders (for example, that your aquarium has finished collecting). These are scheduled on your device; nothing is sent to us, and you can turn them off in the game or in your Android settings. When you share a picture or a result, the app opens Android's share menu and the content only goes where you choose to send it.
Item Upgrade: Forge Legend contains in-app purchases that include random items: chests bought with gems give items whose rarity and contents are chosen at random, and upgrading an item on the anvil can succeed or fail. Every chance is shown in the game before you buy or press, and on our odds page (English, 한국어, Türkçe). The game is rated for players aged 16 and over and is not available in Belgium, the Netherlands or Brazil.
In-app purchases (such as the ad-free upgrade, chip packs, the Premium pack and the supporter bundle in the card games, or gems and packs in Pikko Aquarium, Street Food Idle and Item Upgrade: Forge Legend) are handled by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. The app only records what was bought, on your device, and asks Google Play to confirm the purchase so it can be restored.
The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Item Upgrade: Forge Legend is meant for players aged 16 and over. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Turkish KVKK applies, personalised ads and usage statistics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the privacy settings option in the app. Crash reports, fraud prevention and non-personalised ads rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the apps working and free. Purchases are processed to perform the contract with you. Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its standard contractual clauses.
You can ask to access, correct or delete data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy, and to withdraw consent. Because the apps do not use accounts, most data is tied only to random or advertising identifiers on your device; resetting your advertising ID or uninstalling the app removes the link. Write to gencerkrky@gmail.com for any request. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
Game data stays on your device, so uninstalling the app removes it completely. There is no server-side account to delete. If you use Pikko Aquarium's cloud save, you can delete that backup from the Google Play Games app (Settings → Delete Play Games account & data, or the game's entry there). Daily ranking scores, crash reports and usage statistics are deleted automatically after the periods above; to ask for earlier deletion, contact us. For the advertising identifier, use the Android settings linked above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
